HOW DO I PURCHASE PRODUCTS THAT SAY COMING SOON / SOLD OUT?

Items marked "Coming Soon" or "Sold Out" cannot be ordered at the moment, but feel free to Contact Us if you would like to receive information about the product of interest and its availability.  Please include the product name and quantity needed when you reach out.  

 

DO YOU REALLY OFFER FREE SHIPPING? 

Yes! We are pleased to offer free shipping to the 48 domestic USA states (unless otherwise noted on a particular item).

 

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES ARE ACCEPTED? 

You can use your credit card, PayPal account, or Amazon Pay to purchase your items.  All choices will show up at check out.

 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? 

We currently are an online-only retail store with no brick and mortar presence.  Our headquarters are in Wilmington, DE, with other offices in Hong Kong, Ningbo, and Shenzhen China.
